50 Questions to Ask Someone
A list of questions you can ask a loved one to really get to know them!
Dear mental health advocate,
Aside from my newsletters and advice columns I love creating extra content. This can be different things, sometimes a biography of a famous psychologist, some recommendations or like today: a list of questions.
You can ask someone you are already close to or someone you really want to get to know on a deeper level. This could be your partner, someone you are dating, a family member, a friend, maybe even a colleague! If you can’t find anyone to play this game with, why don’t you write down answers on these questions yourself?
I created this list with the goal of stimulating deep conversations about feelings, experiences and life in general. There are ten distinct categories each filled with five questions. How you ask the questions is completely up to you! For example, you can write them all down on separate pieces of paper, put them in a bowl and then alternate picking one.
